Two audiences
Speaking to students and parents
There’s one big challenge in higher ed marketing. You’re speaking to two audiences at once, and they don’t always look for the same things.
Students want to know about campus life, future careers and whether they will be welcome. They want real stories and content from people their age, not just another glossy brochure.
Parents view the price, the safety and the long-term value. Parents want to know their child will be cared for and that the money they invest in education will be worth it.
So we speak to both groups in terms that matter to them. The student content is geared toward real-life experiences, student life and career opportunities. Costs, graduate outcomes and student support are included in the parent content. They will each know why your institution is the place to be.
